Everything related to payments, plan changes, and cancellations happens in the billing area at billing.wasabihosting.com. This is a separate login from the Game Panel — your billing account is where your services, invoices, and support tickets live.

Invoices & Renewals

  • Services renew on a monthly cycle by default. An invoice is generated before each renewal date and sent to your account email.
  • Pay the invoice before the due date to keep your service running without interruption.
  • You can view all past and open invoices under Billing → My Invoices.
Unpaid services are suspended after the due date and may be terminated (including file deletion) if left unpaid. If you’re having payment trouble, open a ticket before the due date — we’re happy to help.

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade to a bigger plan at any time — more RAM, CPU, disk, or player slots — and your files, worlds, and configurations are kept during the upgrade.

Open your service

Log in to billing.wasabihosting.com and go to Services → My Services, then select the server you want to upgrade.

Choose Upgrade/Downgrade

Pick the new plan. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period.

Complete payment

Once the upgrade invoice is paid, the new resources are applied to your server.
Not sure how much you need? Start smaller — upgrading later takes minutes and loses nothing. If your server is lagging, check your game’s optimization guide in these docs first; often configuration is the culprit, not resources.

Cancelling a Service

  1. Log in to the billing area and open Services → My Services.
  2. Select the service and choose Request Cancellation.
  3. Pick End of Billing Period (server runs until the period you paid for ends) or Immediate.
Cancellation deletes your server and its files. Download anything you want to keep first — see backups for how to download a full backup archive.

Payment Issues & Refunds

If a payment failed, was double-charged, or you want to discuss a refund, open a support ticket with your invoice number. Refunds are handled per our Terms of Service.
