This guide takes you from ordering your first game server to managing it in the Wasabi Hosting Game Panel. The whole process takes just a few minutes — servers deploy automatically about two minutes after payment.

Ordering a Server

1

Pick your game

Head to wasabihosting.com/game-servers and choose from 16+ supported games — Minecraft, Rust, FiveM, Palworld, Counter-Strike, DayZ, and more.
2

Choose a plan and location

Select the plan that fits your player count and mod ambitions. You can choose between Amsterdam (NL), Frankfurt (DE), and Ashburn (US East). Pick the location closest to your players for the lowest ping.
3

Complete checkout

Create your account (or log in) at billing.wasabihosting.com and complete payment.
4

Wait ~2 minutes

Deployment is fully automatic. Your server is installed and ready to join within about two minutes of completed payment — no manual setup required. You’ll receive an email with your panel login details.
Not sure which plan to pick? Start small — you can upgrade at any time from the billing area and your files, worlds, and configurations are kept during the upgrade.

Logging in to the Game Panel

Your server is managed through the Wasabi Hosting Game Panel at panel.wasabihosting.com. Log in with the credentials from your welcome email, then select your server from the dashboard.

Panel Overview

A live view of your server’s output. Start, stop, and restart the server here, watch the boot process, and send server commands directly.
Browse, edit, upload, and download your server files right in the browser. For bulk uploads, use SFTP — see the file management guide.
Create manual backups and restore them with one click. See the backups guide for scheduling and best practices.
Automate recurring tasks such as restarts, backups, or console commands — for example a nightly restart during off-peak hours.
Adjust startup parameters and variables for your game — server name, ports, world settings, and more, depending on the game.
Give co-owners or moderators their own panel access with granular permissions. See the sub-users guide.

First Steps After Deployment

  1. Start the server from the Console and watch the first boot complete.
  2. Find your address — your server’s IP and port are shown in the panel. Share it with your players.
  3. Configure your server — every game has its own configuration guide in the Game Guides section of these docs.
  4. Set up backups — enable a backup routine before you invest hours into your world. See backups.
  5. Protect your server — review the Firewall Manager if you want custom firewall rules.
